Critical Component Inspections
Pressure Valve Checks: We inspect the temperature and pressure relief valve (T&P valve) to ensure it’s functioning correctly, preventing excessive pressure that could cause your water heater tank to burst.
Replacement & Warranty
Any Water Heater: If you purchase a Rheem water heater through us, you will receive a 6 year warranty from Rheem and a 1 year warranty of labor. If you have a preference of a water heater and wish to purchase, we can install, and you will still receive the 1 year warranty on labor
Detailed Leak Assessments
Leak Checks: Early detection of leaks is crucial; we identify whether leaks can be repaired or if they indicate the need for a full system replacement. Leaks at water connections or the T&P valve are typically repairable, whereas leakage around the tank’s base often signifies corrosion and necessitates a water heater replacement to prevent potential disasters.
